Since 2013, Emna Enneifar is Senior Program Officer at Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy, Tunis, Tunisia. From 2012 to 2013, she was Human Rights teacher at International University of Tunis and Legal Assistant within the Prosecution Division (Office of The Prosecutor – Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo and Darfur cases) at International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague, The Netherlands.

From 2007 to 2008, she was Research Assistant at UCHL, Geneva (Switzerland).
